As per the
report, Mahesh who is playing a cameo in the movie was asked to throw a sword
on film's lead Anushka who should have to give a quick reaction to avoid
contact with it. Unfortunately, the actress reacted much slower than the
expected time and paid the price. As the sword wasn't a real one but make of
cardboard, she got away with just minor injuries. Anushka is the second actor
to get injured on the sets of Rudrama Devi. Earlier, Singer Baba Sehgal who is playing
a baddie suffered a hairline fracture on the foot during the shoot of the
movieThe details of when and where this freak accident has taken place haven't
