Before the film release, heroine’s exposing
is a burden to the film producer. “U” rated flicks gets more response from
audience as it includes family audience. “A” rated flicks may get response in
the first few days, but it dries up completely by a week.Hence film producers
try to attract family audience with “U” rated films. Apart from this, the tax
rate for “U” rated flicks is almost half of that of “A” rated ventures. The
same thing happened in case of Charmi’s upcoming venture “Prema Oka Maikam”.
This hot heroine oozed glamour on screen and hence the censor board awarded it
with “A” rating. Double tax effect will be seen for the film producer.
